2.Who can become a member
- A person who has reached the legal age for marriage under Bangladeshi law (women 18, men 21), or a family member on their behalf
- Unmarried, divorced, widowed or (grooms only) married — marital status must be stated accurately
- Only a real guardian's number may be given as the guardian's mobile number
- One profile per person
3.Behaviour that is not allowed
- Indecent, sexually suggestive or insulting language or images
- Asking for money, gifts, loans or financial details
- A fake identity, someone else's photos or false information
- Threats, harassment, stalking or forced contact
- Discriminatory remarks about ethnicity, caste, skin colour, region or disability
- Commercial promotion, matchmaking businesses or steering people to other sites
- Publishing another member's information or photos elsewhere without permission
- Opening more than one account or misusing the points system
- Advertising, spam or suspicious links in support tickets, reviews, success stories or blog posts; submitting the same text again and again; or passing off someone else's writing as your own
4.Communication etiquette
- Greet with salaam and speak respectfully
- Accept it when someone says no
- Keep things modest before marriage
- Keep your family involved in the discussions
5.If the rules are broken
Depending on how serious the breach is, we may issue a warning, hide the profile, cancel points, suspend the account temporarily or remove it permanently. In cases of illegal activity, we cooperate with law enforcement.
If you think a decision is wrong, you can request a review from the contact page within 14 days of the decision.
